Thank you for shopping with UltraUp. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories.

  • Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.
  • Multiple carrier options are presented at checkout so you can choose the speed and price that suits you best.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.

3. International Shipping

UltraUp ships internationally to select destinations worldwide. We partner with USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

3.1 Available International Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • All other countries are served via DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus®.

3.2 Available International Services

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

3.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. UltraUp has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. UltraUp is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of purchase) at contact@ultraup.store so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


7. Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all orders. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@ultraup.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Final sale items and customised products are not eligible for return unless defective.
